First North American Junior Riders Championships in Ohio

The first FEI North American Junior Dressage Championships (NAJDC) will be held at Paxton Farms, Batavia, Ohio, on June 27-30, 2001. This competition will be open to all juniors between the ages of 14 and 18 years.

The FEI Junior tests, Preliminary, Team and Individual will be offered. Canada has been invited to enter a minimum of three teams ( 3 to 4 members per team). 

The distinguished FEI "O" panel of judges for the Championships will be: Mariette Withages (BEL), Volker Moritz (GER), Stephen Clarke (GBR), Elizabeth McMullen (CAN) Linda Zang (USA). 

In addition to the NAJDC, Janet Paxton, owner of Paxton Farms, and supporter of dressage extrodinaire, will host a full CDI*** with prize money, an open AHSA competition for Juniors and Young Riders from Training level through Fourth level and an open AHSA competition for Seniors from fourth level and up.
