The National Dressage Selectors of the Australian Equestrian Federation have announced the horse and rider combinations that will contest the 2004 Australian Prix St Georges Challenge Final.
This competition is restricted to horses between the age of six and ten, making this Prix St Georges challenge very much comparable to the German Nurnberg Burgpokal Finals.
Dirk Dijkstra and his Warmblood stallion Just de Pomme have won the Victorian Final of the Prix St Georges Challenge for the second time. Dirk and "Apples" scored a reputable 67.9%.
The Prix St Georges Final will be held in conjunction with the CDI-W Sydney during the NSW State Dressage Championships at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre, Horsley Park. The Championships will be held 29-31 October 2004 with the Prix St Georges Final on Sunday, 31 October 2004.
