The Trakehner Sport Pferde Forderverein (TSF) will be sponsoring two new dressage horses in the future. Six year old Trakehner stallion King Arthur and the Grand Prix level competing Trakehner stallion Polarion
have been selected to receive financial support from the Trakehner Promotion Society. Both horses will carry the suffix TSF behind their names at competitions.
King Arthur was the Trakehner Licensing Champion in 2001 and sold to Petra Wilm of Gestut Tasdorf at the auction following the licensing. The black stallion by Buddenbrock x Consul competed at the 2004 World Young Horse Championships in Verden, finishing fourth in the individual finals.
The Van Deyk x Insterruf stallion Polarion is owned by Wilfried Bechtolsheimer and competed at Grand Prix level by his daughter Laura Bechtolsheimer. Polarion sired Grafenstolz, the first young horse in Germany that qualified for the Bundeschampionate in dressage, show jumping and eventing. Grafenstolz TSF won the eventing Bundeschampionate and became the 2004 World Young Horse Eventing Champion in Lion d'Angers, France.
