The Dutch Young Riders won the team gold medal at the 2007 European Young Riders Championships in Nussloch, Germany. Lotje Schoots won the team test with Reine B but all Dutch riders performed very strongly while the Germans disappointed with two below par rides
and especially Sprehe whose Royal Flash has his tongue sticking out. Italy won bronze.
The judging raised many questions as German judge Riexinger placed the Dutch Van Silfhout on the 26th place, while he 3rd, 4th and 9th with the others. Other discrepancies were the Swedish judge placing the 5th placed German young rider Christin Schutte on 25th place. Belgian Young Rider Anouck Hoet landed places between 8th (Swedish judge) and 34th (British judge). View the breakdown of scores here
