The first stallions have been licensed at the 2008 Danish warmblood stallion licensing in Herning, Denmark, on March 13, 2008. The first to be presented for licensing were the 4-year old and older stallions as well as thoroughbred stallions.
The ones licensed are able to participate in the performance classes for graded stallions held the next few days in the huge exhibition centre of Herning.
The 3-year old candidates were also presented on hard surface today to be judged on their conformation and clarity of gaits. The jumping in freedom takes place on Friday March 14 and final approval is on Saturday March 15, 2008.
