With the 2008 Festival of Champions rapidly approaching, the United States Equestrian Federation announced the final ranking of the small tour riders of which the top 12 has qualified to compete at the Festival, which are the U.S. National Dressage Championships
, held in San Juan Capistrano, CA, USA.
The top 12 ranked riders for the Intermediaire Championship are:

- 7. Shelly Francis - Wig Wam - 67.563
- 8. Susan Dutta - Golden Choice DC - 67.309
- 9. Shelly Francis - Dominion - 67.000
- 10. Elizabeth Ball - Orion - 66.971
- 11. Jennifer Hoffmann - Farinelli - 66.875
- 12. Melissa Taylor - Dacardo - 66.750
"Festival of Champions" will showcase the States’ 12 best horse/rider combinations competing for National Championship titles in the Junior, Young Rider, Young Adult "Brentina Cup", Intermediaire I, and Grand Prix divisions. The Grand Prix Championship will also serve as the official USEF Dressage Selection Trials.
