American Steffen Peters has brought down the house by winning the Grand Prix at the 2009 World Cup Finals in Las Vegas. Peters and Akiko Yamazaki's Ravel (by Contango) won the Grand Prix with 77.914% ahead of Olympic champion Anky van Grunsven and Olympic silver medallist Isabell Werth. Peters made no major mistakes, while both Van Grunsven and Werth were very generously scored for tests with plenty of errors and miscommunications. Hans Peter Minderhoud had a beautiful ride but it was quite rushed. Ashley Holzer finished in fifth place with Pop Art's piaffe and passage as highlights of the ride. Read More
