The Preis der Besten is a mid-season evaluation championship of the current show level of the German pony, junior and young riders. The competition is held at the German Olympic Equestrian Centre in Warendorf, Germany. The show counts as an important selection trial for the constitution of the German teams for the European Pony, Junior and Young Riders Championships.

In the Pony Kur Finals, the judges disagreed much, especially on the third to fifth placegetter.The second placed Bianca Nowag actually placed third and fourth with the individual judges but her overall score ranked her second. Third placed Carlotta Hassenburger, however, placed second with judge Peter Holler (75,25% but seventh with judge Britta Bando (69,75%). Fourth placed Florina Kienbaum was second with judge Elke Ebert (75,50) but seventh with Bando (69,75%). The latter judge placed Lena Schutte second. It was discord all over the place.
