The 2010 KWPN Autumn Stallion Performance Testing started in Stegeren, The Netherlands, today without the 2010 KWPN licensing champion Cover Story. The bay Oscar x Corleone story was unlevel upon first presentation and withdrawn by his owner.
This is the second time that Cover Story failed to complete the mandatory KWPN Stallion Testing and get his license to breed. In the spring the stallion was withdrawn because of training issues with the test riders.
Today, the colt was unlevel on the lunge line but level on the straight line. In agreement with the testing committee it was decided to give him a chance and have him presented under saddle, but during the warm up the owner decided to pull him out of the running.
The stallions which will start the 2010 KWPN Autumn Testing are:
- Cat.no. 28 (Blue Hors Romanov x Donnerhall)
- Cat.no. 31 (Daddy Cool x Jazz)
- Cat.no. 33 (Jazz x De Niro)
- Cat.no. 34 (Jazz x Ferro)
- Cat.no. 35 (Jazz x Welt Hit II)
- Cat.no. 37 (Painted Black x Goodtimes)
- Cat.no. 39 (Serano Gold x Michelangelo)
- Cat.no. 42 (Uphill x Rhodium)
- Cat.no. 45 (Vivaldi x San Remo)
- Cat.no. 50 (Lord Leatherdale x Negro)
- Cat.no. 59 (Johnson x De Niro)
Cat.no. 40 (Sir Donnerhall x Polansky) was not presented by the owner.
