The Danish FEI dressage pony riders gathered at the Middelfart equestrian centre in Middelfart on Fyn island, Denmark, for an official two-day training seminar with Danish pony chef d'equipe Rigmor Kristensen and team trainer Vibeke Degn Andersen on 2 - 3 April 2011.
Seventeen riders in total trailered in for the training weekend, which started on Saturday with some test-riding supervised by Danish judge Kurt Christensen. After each ride the judge commented on the test and give tips for improvement to the riders.
On Sunday the pony riders each had a training sessions with team trainer Degn Andersen receiving pointers how to improve in preparation of the upcoming outdoor show season.
In a playful, team-building effort the riders were stimulated to work on their general fitness by rope-skipping and doing push ups.

Desperado), Cathrine Hansen (Kalita), Simone Fersner (Proud Don Caruso), Kirstine Juel Månsson (Simon), Maria Lange Pedersen (Windsor Vom Gwick), Caroline Vang Klemmensen (Blondie), and Anne-Mette Strandby Hansen (Sl Cuba).
