KWPN Breeding News
Yesterday four stallions were test ridden by guest judge rider Patrick van der Meer at the 2011 KWPN Spring Stallion Performance Testing held at De Driekhoekshoeve in Stegeren, The Netherlands. Quite a crowd gathered to watch the stallions being trained on that public day.
The stallion licensing committee commented the following on the stallions
- Don Tango (by Contango x Jazz)
Balanced stallion with a good temperament. Especially in trot he allows the rider to ride him well. The walk is correct - Dorado (by Krack C x Rousseau)
This Krack C son presents a sympathetic silhouette and continues to improve - Diego (by Negro x Don Gregory)
Large framed stallion who has been gaining strength the last few weeks. This Negro son has three good basic gaits, but should be a bit more rideable - Dance Royal (by Wynton x Flemmingh)
A youthful colt with a good temperament and rideability. This Wynton son should gain more self carriage.
The 70-day stallion performance test will be finish on 24 May 2011 when the results will be announced.
