French pony chef d'equipe Alizee Froment has created a long list of riders from which the definite French team for the 2011 European Pony Championships will be picked. The final French team selection trial will be the French Pony Championships held the first week of July.
"I will pick my final team for Jaszkowo after the French Championships," Froment told Eurodressage. In preparation of the European Championships the French riders have the choice to ride at the CDI-P Vierzon. "After that we will have a clinic with Hartwig Burfeind at Jacques Albeck's stable in Berlin a few days before the Championships," Froment added.
The long listed French pony riders are:
- Joy Albeck - Tim or Day of Whisper
- Florian Aubin - Glacy du Halage
- Morgane Euriat - Italic des Landes or Dragon Heart
- Caroline Dufil - Ivry de Montoux
- Clarissa Rufin - Diana
- Lisa Cez - Opale des Vents
- Gabrielle Flament - Mad du Bosc
