On Tuesday 12 July the Dutch young horse selection committee made its final decision on the Dutch team of horses for the 2011 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany, on 3 - 7 August 2011. The Dutch young horses had to follow an extensive selection process with monthly training sessions and observation trials. The Netherlands is allowed to send six (!) horses per age division.
Stephanie Dorr's 5-year old stallion Bojengel was withdrawn for selection and for Jana Freund's Dutch warmblood Aaron (by Florencio x Record) a wild card has been requested so that the German based liver chestnut stallion can compete for Holland.
