2011 Pan American Games
The Dominican Republic Equestrian Federation has announced the combinations for the dressage team that will represent the nation at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, on 16 - 19 October 2011.
The Dominican Republic team includes:
- Yvonne Losos de Muñiz, riding Dondolo Las Marismas, an 11-year old Danish Warmblood gelding by Don Schufro, owned by the rider
- Samira Uemura, riding Royal Affair, a 9-year old Hanoverian gelding by Royal Diamond, owned by North Holdings Ltd.
- Dr. George Fernández, riding Bravo, a 15-year old Holstein gelding by Lacapo, owned by Mrs. Elaine Sherer.
The Dominican team will be coached at the Pan Ams by its long-time trainer, Diederik Wigmans from the Netherlands.
