The French Equestrian Federation has established a short list of horses which are considered for 2012 Olympic Games and 2014 World Equestrian Games' participation. Combinations listed in the "JO-JEM Group" get additional training and support from the federation.
French Grand Prix rider Jessica Michel was able to secure one individual Olympic spot for France at the 2012 Olympic Games. While Michel secured the berth, it is no guarantee that she will get the spot. The Petit-Mars based rider has to continue to prove her form during the 2012 spring show season.
The French JO-JEM Short List includes:
- Jessica Michel - Daimler (owned by Haras de Hus)
- Arnaud Serre - Helio II (owned by Dominique Roziere, Etienne Avril, Olivia Lefebvre, Karine Schmed)
