British Dressage has secured Carl Hester as keynote speaker for the 2012 British Dressage Convention on 24-25 November. The Convention will take place at Hartpury College, Gloucestershire.
The BD Convention offers the rare opportunity to learn first-hand from one of the country’s best dressage riders and trainers, as Carl will share his unique training approach, theory of riding and wealth of knowledge in a number of sessions with horse and rider combinations at various levels. During the two-day event, we’re anticipating Carl will ride himself and also put his star pupil, Charlotte Dujardin, under the spotlight.
Carl is already looking forward to the event and told BD; “Of course I’m delighted. British dressage is on such a high and I want to share what we do in a hope we can carry on the momentum of success. It was the ultimate compliment for us at last year’s European Championship when the British riders were the talk of the show for our standards, outstanding presentation and sympathetic riding. I hope we can demonstrate some of this over what promises to be two fantastic days at Hartpury.”
As a BD member, you can purchase a ticket to this exciting event at the discounted rate of just £45 for one day or £75 for both days. Tickets for non-members are priced at £50 for one day and £80 for both days. The Convention is always a very popular event and tickets are likely to sell quickly, so reserve yours today!
Full schedule information for the BD Convention will be posted on the website and in the BD Magazine nearer the time.
