The 5-year old Sylvester II and the 6-year old Don Lyberty won the Bundeschampionate qualification class held at the regional show in Grabsleben, Germany, on 15 - 17 June 2012. Only a small field of eight horses in total gathered for two BuCha qualifiers at L and M-level.
Gestut Bon Homme's in-house trainer Frederic Wandres won the 5-year old division aboard Sylvester II (by Sandro Song x Mahagoni/T). The combination scored 8.0 and was the only pair to achieve a high enough score to qualify for Warendorf.
