Swedish riders Sofie Lexner and Maria von Essen have been submitted to the Swedish Grand Prix A-team after nomination by the Swedish dressage committee for the Swedish Equestrian Federation.
Achieving outstanding results at the 2012 CDIO Aachen in July amongst other show successes, Lexner and Von Essen have been officially promoted to the A-team already on 1 June 2012.
The current Swedish Grand Prix A-team includes:

- Patrik Kittel - Scandic / Toy Story
- Minna Telde - Santana
- Charlotte Haid Bondergaard - Lydianus
- Cecilia Dorselius - Lennox
- Nina Hofmann - Leo af Magnushoj
- Rose Mathisen - Bocelli
- Maria von Essen - Ferdi
- Sofie Lexner - Charming Boy
The Swedish Grand Prix B-team includes Michelle Hagman (Rudi's Memory), Kristian von Krusenstierna (Biggles), Per Sandgaard (Lomumba), Karoline Lundberg (Replay), Jeanna Hogberg (Liza Minelli), and Ulla Hakanson (Richelle).
