American Grand Prix dressage rider Jennifer Hoffmann and her husband Jurgen have relocated from the German based Gestut Letter Berg to the Gestut Lindhof in Wallern, Austria. The couple left Letter Berg mid August.
For many years the Hoffmann pair was based in California, U.S.A., but in December 2010 they decided to permanently move to Germany to work as head trainers at the Westfalian Gestut Letter Berg, which is owned by Gunther Voss.
Hoffmann booked great successes with the Letter Berg owned stallions Florentinus, Ratzinger, Instertanz and Hofmarschall V at the World Young Horse Championships and Bundeschampioate, as well as with her own FEI level licensed stallion Rubinio B.
The Hoffmanns' stay at Letter Berg near Coesfeld, Germany, was only short lived, as they decided to move to Austria after less than two years in Germany. The couple is now based at Lindhof, where they train their own horses as well as some breeding products of the stud farm which focuses on Hanoverian horse breeding.
"The training oppertunities at Gestüt (Lindhof) here are fabulous," Hoffmann told Eurodressage. "Mr. Voss had been downsizing his Gestüt, which has allowed us to take on this wonderful oppertunity at this amazing facilty for professional training."
Jennifer took Florentinus, Donna Lisa and Rubinio with her to Austria. "I will be competing these as well as the horses from Lindhof," she explained. "We are very happy to be here at Gestüt Lindhof and Seifert family."
