German Olympic individual rider Anabel Balkenhol secured the CDI4* Grand Prix at the 2012 CDI-W Stuttgart on Saturday morning 17 November 2012. Riding her 12-year old Hanoverian gelding Dablino FRH (by De Niro) she was awarded 75.702 % in the qualifying class for the Grand Prix Special on Sunday morning. The pair won a 3,000 euro purse for their efforts.
Just like last year year the second place went to Austrian Olympian Victoria Max-Theurer who received 72.128% from the panel of judges. She saddled her 10-year-old Hanoverian mare Blind Date (by Breitling W) with whom she booked a double victory last weekend at the 2012 CDI Oldenburg.
German Olympic team silver medallist Dorothee Schneider finished third aboard Forward Looking, an 11-year-old Westfalian mare by Fidermark. She earned 71.468%.
