The Westfalian licensed stallion Revolverheld NRW has been sold to German Grand Prix rider Anja Plönzke. The bay stallion made his trip from Lienen to Gestut Tannenhof in Wiesbaden today and will continue his journey to Plonzke's barn near Munich on the weekend.
The 5-year old stallion is bred by Maria and Heinz Könemann and was owned by Owners' Group Revolverheld of which Thomas Stuhldreier was the spokesman.
Under Ann Christin Wienkamp Revolverheld had a very successful career from the start. He won the 2011 Westfalian Young Horse Championships in the 4-year old division. As a 5-year old he won silver at the 2012 Bundeschampionate and silver at the 2012 World Young Horse Championships in Verden, Germany.
Revolverheld (by Rockwell x Landstreicher) is a full brother to licensed stallions Rock Forever I and II.
The 43-year old Plönzke recently sold her Grand Prix horse Le Mont d'Or and has started her independent business at Maxhof in Baldham, Germany.
