Fifteen young dressage colts have started the 2013 KWPN Spring Stallion Performance Testing at the brand new KWPN centre in Ermelo, The Netherlands. Fifteen of sixteen presented colts, which passed the licensing in February 2013, were allowed to start the testing on 26 March 2013.
The dressage stallions were presented under saddle though some of the 3-year olds appeared tense in the new environment. Faust (by Negro x Don Schufro) was rejected from the spring testing and can try again in the autumn.
Two older dressage stallions are participating in a 5-day behavioural testing. They are the Dutch warmblood Netto (by Negro x Purioso) and the Trakehner Hofrat (by Gribaldi x Guter Planet).
