A team of riders from the Kremlin Equestrian Riding School is invited to the most popular event in equestrian sport "Horses & Dreams" CSI/CDI at Hof Kasselmann in Hagen, Germany, on 17 - 21 April 2013. The Kremlin Equestrian Riding School team has prepared a truly unique program, which involves thirteen riders dressed in traditional Cossack costume, stylized form of His Imperial Majesty's Convoy with traditional armor and 12 horses of originally Russian breed - Don and Budenny.
The Kremlin Equestrian Riding School” (KERS) was established in 2006 with the participation of the Moscow Kremlin Commandant Service of the Russian Federation Security Service.
From the very first days school's mission has been concluded in the following words: "Culture and tradition of riding for the benefit of the people". It includes a range of values and aspirations, such as the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, the patriotic education of the youth and even the idea of reviving the horse ceremonies and military parts of equestrian sport as an integral part of the Russian culture.
Since the foundation of the school an invaluable role in the implementation of this mission in life has played its long-term partner - Financial Corporation "URALSIB", represented by its main shareholder Nikolai Tsvetkov and members of his family.
The team of like-minded professionals, who created the club, is united in its love and devotion to the chosen business, persistence in achieving the goals and optimism - qualities which in a short time led to the recognition and audience award not only in Russia but also in the international arena.
For example, in May 2012 joint team of the Cavalry escort of the Presidential Regiment and the Kremlin Equestrian Riding School performed at the ceremony related to the Diamond Anniversary celebration of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in Windzor. In the autumn of that year the Kremlin equestrian riding school took part in the equestrian campaign “Moscow-Paris» - a large-scale international project, dedicated to the two hundredth anniversary of the Second World War, where the route taken by the Cossacks with their Ataman M.I.Platov was repeated on the truebred Don horses.
More than ten thousand people all over the world who have witnessed this campaign and have been visiting the Kremlin Equestrian Riding School team's performance around the world annually, welcome Russian riders with the same warmth. This is not surprising as every time they demonstrate the limitless possibilities of the man and the miracles of harmony between the rider and his horse.
One of the main objectives of the joint team is to revive the traditions of a significant body of national military and sporting equestrian culture and martial art called "trick riding".
This art combines not only the acrobatic and gymnastic tricks perpetrated astride a galloping horse, but also the work with the traditional Cossack arms, jumping over burning obstacles and techniques of taming.
The show of the Kremlin Equestrian Riding School riders also took place at the International equstrian exhibitions, international competitions for the Cup of the Russian President, festivals of equestrian art in different regions of the country.
The Kremlin equestrian riding school team repeatedly performed for foreign delegations, including representatives of the International Equestrian Federation, the French Republican Guard, the honor guard of the Republican Guard of Kazakhstan, the Royal Court of Oman and Shaolin monastery school.
Since 2010 the joint team Cavalry escort of honor of the Presidential Regiment and Kremlin Equestrian Riding School is a permanent member of the prestigious International Military Music Festival "Spasskaya Tower", held on the Red Square of the Russian capital.
There is no doubt that the team will demonstrate the highest level of skill when working with a horse and arms, and that will certainly add a lot of vivid impressions for the numerous visitors of the festival in Germany.
