From 17 - 21 April 2013 Hof Kasselmann in Hagen a.T.W. will be the centre point for those interested in equestrain sport. And it’s no wonder really – Horses & Dreams meets Russia is the first big international tournament of the outdoor season in Germany and it draws a whole host of ’dream teams‘ to the Osnabrück region.
The dressage world knows her as Laura Bechtolsheimer, but she has been called Laura Tomlinson since her marriage to polo player Mark Tomlinson in March. This very same Laura won team gold at the 2012 Olympic Games and European gold the year before, but she has known Hof Kasselmann since her pony-riding days. With her 18 year-old Danish gelding she will once again be taking her place at Horses & Dreams. And this top British rider will face a few of her Olympic competitors in the Almased Dressage Stadium.
Dorothee Schneider from Framersheim for example. This master of horse management, who was part of the celebrated silver medal-winning German team, will compete in the CD14* with Forward Looking, the horse with whom she won the hotly-contended Young Horse Grand Prix (FN) at Hof Kasselmann. Further competition from the London Olympics will include Dane Nathalie zu Sayn-Wittgenstein, American Steffen Peters and individual German rider Anabel Balkenhol (Münster). It’s going to be edge-of-the-seat stuff at Horses & Dreams meets Russia….
This international equestrian sports festival from 17 - 21 April is not to be missed. Advance ticket sales have started already. There are three ways to buy tickets for Horses & Dreams.
