The 14-year old Hanoverian licensed stallion Laurentio (by Lauries Crusador xx x Wanderbusch II x Grande) has been sold to Indonesia as a schoolmaster for the Jakarta based junior rider Auriel Valentcia Febryn Sutardja.
Bred by Harm Coordes, Laurentio was a moderately successful breeding stallion standing at Klosterhof Medingen. He did sire some impressive offspring, including Isabell Werth's Laurenti, as well as five licensed offspring and the 2005 German Foal Champion.
In 2009 he sold to American Colette Ross-Prince, who lives in Sweden, and the stallion stayed with them for almost three years. The bay moved back to Germany in 2012, selling to Karl-Heinz Hinkelmann. He was competed at small tour level by German young rider Nicole Hinkelmann as well as by her trainer Alexandra Sessler.
Laurentio then sold to Portuguese dressage trainer Helder Carvalho who gave the ride to the Portuguese Antonio do Vale, who is based at Stallion station Bockmann in Lastrup, Germany. Do Vale negotiated the sale of Laurentio to the Sutardja family, whose kids Auriel and Wilbert are rising dressage riders.
The Sutardja's are coached by the Indonesian based Portuguese trainer Mario Miguel Silva, who makes regular trips to Koschel's yard in Hagen, Germany for training.
