British Junior team rider Lottie Fry cleaned up at the 2013 CDI-J Roosendaal on 5 - 8 December 2013, winning all three junior riders' classes aboard Leslie Connor's Remming. Fry had an amazing run of form with Remming starting with a victory in the team test with a 3% advantage.
Fry stole the show by topping every class she entered. On the Dutch warmblood gelding Remming (by Flemmingh), Lottie went on to win the Junior Individual test with an outstanding score of 74.079% - almost 3% above the rest of the class. Riding high and moving onto the last class of the competition, Lottie attained her third win and highest score of the week, 74.125% in the Junior Freestyle.
Reflecting on her week away, Lottie revealed “The atmosphere at Roosendal was electric and, although Remming felt very hot, he rose to the occasion and everything just seemed to fall in to place. I couldn’t be happier!”
Lottie and Remming’s travel partners, British junior team mates' Maisie Scruton and Hot Chocolate, also achieved their best score of the week, breaking the 70% barrier and taking fifth place (70.042%) in the Kur.
Fry thrice held Dutch junior Lotte Meulendijks at bay, who placed second aboard her elder sister Anne's Dutch warmblood Ohio (by Indoctro). Meulendijks scored 70.090% in the team test, 71.579% in the individual and 73.250% in the Kur.
