The exciting young German Sport Horse stallion Belantis (by Benetton Dream x Expose) has moved to Isabell Werth's yard in Rheinberg, Germany, to be trained and competed by Werth's assistant rider Beatrice Buchwald.
The striking grey stallion was the 2011 South German Licensing Champion in Neustadt/Dosse and started his competition career under Lena Feistkorn, who is one of the main riders at the Landgestut Neustadt/Dosse, which bred and owns the stallion. Belantis was also the winner of the 30-day Stallion Performance Test.
This year Anna Sophie Fiebelkorn showed him at the 2013 Bundeschampionate in Warendorf and finished fifth.
Buchwald will be preparing the stallion with the 2014 Bundeschampionate and World Young Horse Championships in Verden as goal.
"The stallion has been in our barn for a few days now. He caught my eye in Verden, where he performed in one of those shows," Isabell Werth told St. Georg. "When we received the request from Neustadt, I gladly accepted. Bea is very happy."
