The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has released the schedule for the 2014 Young Horse Dressage Training and Observation Sessions. The Training and Observation Sessions begin on February 15th in Ocala, FL, and end at the 2014 U.S. Young Horse Championships in August.
" The USEF Young Horse Dressage Program is vital in creating a pipeline for future U.S. combinations to compete on the international stage," a USEF press release stated.
The Young Horse Dressage Training and Observation Sessions are open to all young horses between the ages of four and six. The goal of the training and observation sessions is for USEF Young Horse Coach Scott Hassler to work with the maximum number of up-and-coming talented young horses throughout the U.S. These clinics are open to all riders and applications can be found on the USEF website.

- 15 February: U.S. Young Horse Observation session - Ocala, FL
- 27 Feb - 2 March: Palm Beach Dressage Derby - Selection Event / Developing Program observation session - Wellington, FL
- 27 - 30 March: GDF 5* - Selection Event / Developing Program observation session - Wellington, FL
- 19 - 20 April: USEF Young Horse Training Session - Sherwood, OR
- 24 - 27 April: Del Mar National - Selection Event and Observation Session - Del Mar, CA
- 22 - 25 May: Dressage at Fintridge - Selection event - La Canada-Flintridge, CA
- 5 - 8 June: Festival of Champions - Developing Program observation session - Gladstone, NJ
- 28 - 29 June: USEF Young Horse Training Session - Chesapeake City, MD
- 6 - 10 August: World Young Dressage Horse Championships - Verden, Germany
- 20 - 24 August: U.S. Young Horse Championships - Wayne, IL
