Equine Canada, the Canadian equestrian federation, has announce that the Dressage Canada High Performance Committee (DCHPC) together with the Canadian Dressage Athlete Assistance Program (C-DAAP) has confirmed support in the amount of $22,500.
The support is available for any Canadian athlete who qualifies and represents Canada at the 2014World Cup Final scheduled for April 17th - 21st, 2014 in Lyon, France.
This support is offered in recognition of the financial difficulty athletes face as they strive to become top international competitors. The purpose of this funding is to provide monetary support to assist our athletes with travel, training and competition expenses in order to represent Canada at the 2014 World Cup Final.
