Only three stallions of 17 entered for the 2014 Westfalian Under Saddle Licensing received a positive verdict from the licensing committee on Wednesday 2 April 2014. Eleven stallions actually showed up for the first ever Westfalian licensing under saddle.
The three accepted stallions were the 4-year old show jumper Al Capone (by Arpeggio x For Pleasure) as well as the 3-year old chestnut colt Barrios (by Belissimo M x Fidermark). Both will be offered for sale this weekend at the spring elite auction in Munster-Handorf.
The third accepted stallion is the 3-year old Rockpalace, a Rock Foreever x Florestan offspring bred by Antonius Schulze-Averdiek.
