The 2014-2015 World Cup circuit in Central and Eastern Europe has lifted off with already its third Central European League qualifier taking place at Kaposvar, Hungary, on 10 - 12 October 2014. After a kick off in Czosnow (POL) followed by a first indoor world cup in Tallin (EST), Kaposvar was the third station. The German sister-brother duo Jessica and Benjamin Werndl ruled the roost taking the two top places in the Grand Prix and Kur to Music.
Jessica von Bredow-Werndl saddled Swiss judge Beatrice Burchler-Keller's 13-year old Dutch warmblood stallion Unee BB (by Gribaldi x Dageraad) and posted top scores on the board with a winning 73.900% in the Grand Prix and a whopping 82.625% in the World Cup Kur to Music. Her brother Benjamin Werndl brought along his Grand Prix ride, the 11-year old Der Hit (by Del Gado x Welt Hit II). He finished second twice with 71.620% and 78.700%.
Kaposvar also hosted a Special tour, which only four pairs contested. Jessica von Bredow-Werndl was back on top on her developing Grand Prix horse Zaire, a 10-year old Dutch warmblood mare by Son de Niro x Jazz. They won the Grand Prix with 70.260% and the Special with 76.078%.
