On 10 December 2014 the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses held a prize-giving ceremony in Geneva, Switzerland to honour the most successful breeders of the top-ranked horses in dressage, showjumping, and eventing.
Just like in 2013, the WBFSH Dressage Horse ranking winner was Carl Hester and Roly Luard's Dutch warmblood gelding and world record holder Valegro (by Negro x Gerschwin).
The WBFSH honoured Valegro's breeders, Joop and Maartje Hanse from The Netherlands once more in Geneva for their breeding accomplishment.
The winning breeder for show jumping was Willy Taets from Belgium for his BWP bred Sanctos van de Molendreef (also known as Hello Sanctos). The best bred eventer is Mirko Glotz' Fischerrocana FST.
