Arnaud Serre's number one French Grand Prix team horse Robinson de la Font has been operated on following a colic attack on 17 December 2015. he is currently recovering from surgery.
The 11-year old Lusitano bred Robinson de la Font is by Maestro out of Toutinegra (by Opus 72) and is bred and owned by Sylvain Massa. Under Arnaud Serre the horse has represented France at the 2014 World Equestrian Games in Caen, France, where the pair finished 27th in the Special. They were also selected on the team for the 2015 European Championships in Aachen, Germany, where they were 50th in the Grand Prix.
"The horse is responding well to treatment and is currently in rehabilitation," said the press officer of the French Equestrian Federation at the beginning of January. "He won't be able to participate in the A-team training seminar on 18 - 22 January though."
Anne Sophie Serre told Eurodressage that the horse is out of danger and will most likely pick up training again in March 2016.
