The French equestrian federation has announced the team that will represent France on home turf at the 2016 CDIO Compiegne on 19 - 22 May 2016. Compiegne has taken over from Vidauban in organizing the French station of the FEI Nations' Cup.
Compiegne has been one of the biggest and best developing dressage competitions in the world, each year boasting an action packed programme and a massive amount of entries. The show has progressed from 3*-status to 5* this year with a Nations' Cup.
French team trainer Jan Bemelmans picked the following combinations for Compiegne:
- Stéphanie Brieussel on Amorak, owned by Stéphanie andDominique Brieussel
- Ludovic Henry on After You, owned by Georgia and Ludovic Henry
- Karen Tebar on Don Luis, owned by Gerhild and Willy Schetter and Karen Tebar
- Pierre Volla on Badinda Altena, owned by Pierre Volla
