Pony riders Tabea Schroer and Luna Laabs claimed highest honour on the final day of competition at the Future Champions CDIO-PJYR Hagen at Hof Kasselmann on Sunday 12 June 2016. Schroer and Danilo won the freestyle in the CDIO-tour, while Laabs and Carlos bagged the victory in the CDI pony Kur.
The 14-year-old Tabea Schroer from Bad Homburg, who claimed second place in the CDIO-P individual test for the final, only just beaten by Inga Katharina Schuster, rode to victory in the Pony Rider CDIO-P freestyle final. With a score of 79.208% in the saddle of Danilo, the judges rewarded her presentation with two points more than the one of Schuster. The rider from Frankfurt scored 79.042% with Cyrill. Third place went to Lucie-Anouk Baumgürtel, who rode Massimiliano to 78.333%, relegating the two Danish riders Sara Aagaard Hyrm and Kristian Würtz Green to the following places.
Luna Laabs from Ahlen won the final of the pony rider CDI-Tour, also a freestyle contest, followed by Katharina Ottenweß from Cappeln and Eilee Henglein
from Wassermungenau.
