Five young sport horse stallions have been approved for breeding at the 2016 German Sport Horse (Zfdp) Spring Stallion Licensing in Grevenbroich, Germany, on 15 June 2016.
Thirteen sport horse stallions were entered and five received a positive verdict from the licensing committee. One was not presented, another withdrawn.
One of five licensed stallions received a premium, the 4-year old Space Shuttle (by Surprice x Ginsberg x Hohenstein), bred by Norbert & Petra Fockenberg and owned by Marcus Homberg.
The other licensed dressage stallions were the 4-year old Titolas (by Totilas x Stedinger x Rosentau), bred by Matthias Niemann, owned by Susanne Krohn, the 3-year old Diamond Shine (by Diamond Hit x Florestan x Brentano II), bred and owned by Tobiasn Schnoink, and the 3-year old San Cloud's Lucky (by San Amour x Wolkenstein II x Maat), bred by Portuguese Helder Carvalho and owned by Shereen Giese.
