The Danish warmblood bred Grand Prix stallion Zonik has been accepted for KWPN breeding.
The KWPN society announced that Zonik has been inspected for conformation and his X-rays fulfill the KWPN criteria. Based on the stallion's sport results and already produced offspring, Zonik is now approved for KPWN.
The 10-year old Zonik is by Zack x Romanov x Don Schufro.
Under Andreas Helgstrand the black won the 2012 Danish Young Horse Championships in the 4-year old division. After selling to Austria, Hans Peter Minderhoud rode him at the 2013 World Young Horse Championships in Verden, Germany, where he finished 8th in the consolation finals. Gal made his small tour CDI debut on Zonik in 2015 and his Grand Prix debut in 2017.
