The Dutch Equestrian Federation made the official presentation of the 2018 KNHS Talent Team at the CDI-W 's Hertogenbosch on Saturday 10 March 2018. Four dressage riders are included in the team.

However, no new dressage riders have been submitted to the 2018 Talent Team as all four were already members in 2017. One rider was dropped from the team, Jill Huybregts, as she has reached the age limit.

The KNHS provides extra financial support for Talent Team members as it believes that those riders have potential to move up to the A-squad with Olympic Games potential. The riders can spend their allocated budget on extra training and coaching to improve their top sport career. Talent Team members are no older than 25.

The 2018 KNHS Talent Team dressage members are all Under 25 riders: Anne Meulendijks (Avanti), Jeanine Nieuwenhuis (TC Athene), Denise Nekeman (Boston) and Maxime van der Vlist (Bailey).
