On the second day of competition at the 2018 CDI 4* Leudelange at Grand Ducal Dressage in Luxembourg, homeside her Emma Lou Becca bagged her second victory in two days.
The Luxembourg European Championship candidate, whose horses live at the Sunnen family’s equestrian facilities that host the show, was the measure of all things in the Junior Riders individual test, presented by Lux Games. The judges gave the 15 year-old student 71,35% with an advantage of almost three percent points to the second placed pair.
Amber de Groot/NED and Homemade, who came in second, scored 68,44%. Third place went to Elizavata Lyban/RUS and Solid Gold (68,29%).
German Young Rider Felicitas Hendricks got a lot closer to her goal of receiving the Gold Rider badge on the second day of the CDI4* Leudelange: after her victory in the Young Riders Team Test she now won the Individual test, presented by Intralux Locations. Aboard the bay mare Faible As she booked her eighth victory in an S-level class and is now two victories away from the Badge.
Felicitas Hendricks received 71,58 % and had a distinct lead over Charlotte Remy/LUX with Hofgraf, who came in second with 68,61%, and Lana Raumanns with Feodor Nymphenburg OLD, who came in third with 68,35%.
British Charlotte Fry, who works as a professional rider at Anne van Olst's stallion station in The Netherlands, also scored her second win in two days. The Under 25 Grand Prix rider won the Short Grand Prix, presented by Tec Equipements, with Dark Legend. They scored 69,28%.
French Cedric Gallinard and his Belgian bred Scherzo ZC finished second again, this time with 68,84%, while Belgian Charlotte Defalque slotted in third on Botticelli (68,84%).
