Japan
The Japan Equestrian Federation has selected the team that will represent Japan at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, U.S.A. on 12 - 15 September 2018.
Japan will be sending a full team of four to the U.S.A.
Christoph Koschel is the team trainer, supported by Team Kasselmann, and Terui Shinichi serves as chef d'equipe.
The Japanese team includes:
- Masanao Takahashi - Rubicon, a 15-year old Rhinelander gelding by Rubin Royal x Larome
- Kazuki Sado - Barolo, a 12-year old Hanoverian gelding by Breitling x Hitchcock
- Shingo Hayashi - Clearwater, a 20-year old Danish warmblood gelding by Capraccio x Limebrand
- Kiichi Harada - Egistar, a 15-year old Dutch warmblood gelding by Cabochon x Kaiserstern xx
