As German WEG team horse TSF Dalera BB has brought her sensational gold medal on her long flight home from Tryon, her three-week-old full brother Dalerion is preparing for a slightly less long, but almost as exciting trip to the Neumünster Hengstmarkt.
Their breeder, Silke Druckenmüller, had had her valuable Handryk mare Dark Magic inseminated with Easy Game, and the embryo transferred to and born from a carrier dam. The young colt born from this pedigree has been given the zappy name Dalerion and is an absolute rarity, a genetic high-potential not only since Dalera’s WEG team gold medal.
After having had her first daughter, Dark Magic was used for sport and then, with Easy Game not available for breeding anymore, she was bred to Millennium twice. Dalerion is only her fourth foal and the only full brother to TSF Dalera BB.
An expressive colt seemingly constantly aware of his appeal and charm, Dalerion is a valuable addition to this year’s high-quality Neumünster foal auction selection.
When he will enter the historic Holstenhall arena at the foot of his surrogate dam – a grey mare, most fittingly, almost like an homage to his dam sire Handryk – he is certainly a unique offer, not only for experts, aficinados and connoisseurs.
