After signing an employee's contract with Helgstrand Dressage in October 2018, Denmark's number one Grand Prix rider Cathrine Dufour has received her first batch of young horses to ride and train in her barn, amongst them 2017 Bundeschampion Eternity.

By signing a partnership with Helgstrand, Dufour has obtained financial security as a rider and a fresh, consistent load of horses to ride in her barn. Eternity is probably the most high profile horse she got in her first shipment.

Eterinity is a 4-year old Westfalian gelding, bred by Franz Remmersmann. He is by Escolar out of Saphira (by Sir Donnerhall I x Laurentianer x Artwig).

The bright bay gelding was first competed as a 3-year old by Pascal Kandziora and qualified for the Bundeschampionate by winning the Westfalian Young Horse Championship in Munster. At the 2017 Bundeschampionate Eva Möller stepped into the saddle and won the national title. in 2018 the tall gelding was competed by Hannes Lütt at only one show: the 2018 Bundeschampionate for which he automatically qualified as last year's winner. The pair finished third.

"My new babies are starting to settle in and they feel more and more confident in their new environment," Dufour said about her new Helgstrand horses. "This one (Eternity in video) is for sure something very, very special. I’m so grateful to get to ride horses like this."
