Emmelie Scholtens has withdrawn her ride Indian Rock from competing at the 2019 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Ermelo, The Netherlands, on 1 - 4 August 2019.

On 20 June the Dutch selectors Johan Rockx, Monique Peutz and Floor Dröge selected the KWPN team at the third and final trial.

The 6-year old Indian Rock (by Apache x Vivaldi) was selected to represent the KWPN society for The Netherlands in Ermelo, but a minor injury has forced Scholtens to withdraw the horse.

Last year at the 2018 World Championships, Indian Rock finished ninth in the Finals for 5-year olds.

The first alternate, Joyce Lenaerts and KWPN stallion Iconic B (by Bon Bravour x Jazz), will be substituting for the pair in Ermelo. They were 8th in the consolation finals last year.
