The 5-year olds Flying Nymphenburg and Caty OLD, and the 6-year old For Final OLD became the winners of the Bundeschampionate Qualification classes held at the 2019 Oldenburg Regional Championships in Rastede on 25 - 28 July 2019.
The 5-year old division was split into two groups with 33 horses competing in total and the class was judged by Wassmann, Koonert and Schemmink.
Group 1 was won Tessa Frank aboard Helmut von Fircks' Oldenburg stallion Flying Nymphenburg (by Furstenball x Johnson) with an 8.7. The black got 7.5 for walk, 9 for trot, 9.5 for canter, 8.5 for submission and 9 for general impression. Lukas Fischer and Gut Neuenhof's Westfalian mare Elegance (by Estobar x Florenciano) was the runner-up with 8.4. The mare got 7 for walk, 8.5 for trot, 9 for canter and submission and 8.5 for general impression.
Group 2 was led by Hermann Gerdes aboard Paul Wendeln's Oldenburg mare Caty OLD (by Sir Donnerhall x Furst Heinrich) with 8.6. The chestnut mare earned 8 for walk, 9.5 for trot, 9 for canter, 8.5 for submission and 8 for general impression. Thomas Schulze followed in second place with 8.4 aboard Katrina Ruwe's Oldenburg gelding Federleicht (by Furstenball x Johnson). The bay gelding scored 8.5 for walk and trot, 8 for canter and 8.5 for submission and general impression.
OIn the 6-year old division, Stella Charlott Roth and Lodbergen's Oldenburg stallion For Final OLD (by For Romance x Dimaggio) topped the board with 8.40. Judges Ridder, Carstens, Koolman rewarded the black with 8.5 for walk and trot, 8 for canter, and 8.5 for submission and general impression. Kiom Kleis and Hans-Jurgen Specht's Oldenburg gelding Damon de Luxe (by Damon Hill x De Niro) were second with 8.2. The gelding got 8 for walk, trot, canter and 8.5 for submission and general impression.
