Luxembourg
The Luxembourg Equestrian Federation (FLSE) is the last federation to announce its team for the 2019 European Dressage Championships in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, on 20 - 25 August 2019.
Fifteen countries are fielding teams to Rotterdam for the Europeans, which will also serve as a team selection event for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
The Luxembourg team was the only one not yet announced on Eurodressage:

- Sascha Schulz - Dragao
- Fie Skarsoe - So Dark
- Nicolas Wagner - Quater Back Junior
