Arie Hamoen is replacing Bert Rutten as member of the KWPN Licensing Committee on the second day of pre-selection 4 December 2019 for the 2020 KWPN Stallion Licensing.
Rutten, who is also the chair of the KWPN licensing committee, fell down some stairs on Sunday 1 December 2018 and sustained several broken ribs.
He was present at the first day of pre-selection in Ermelo, yesterday 3 December, but developed a fever last night and had to be substituted today.
Arie Hamoen is stepping in for Bert, while Marian Dorresteyn has taken over the role of chair.
