Built in 2002, this riding center includes 2 European Tudor Style barns with high ceilings and large cupolas for superior ventilation. The 22 Loddon designed 12x12 stalls have front and rear sliding doors plus a 10 overhang to shield from sun & rain, rubber stall flooring for the finest comfort and drainage. The barn aisles are 15 wide center aisles, with a 5 rubber brick center walkway. Each barn has inside and outside wash stalls with hot/cold water.
Additionally, each barn includes its own air-conditioned tack room, feed room, laundry facility, bath, and office space.
There are a total of 7 furnished apartments each with kitchenette and bath for staff and guests.
Ride in the comfort of a 90x220 covered arena with custom footing and 90 of mirrors on one entire end parlayed with an exceptional sound system designed by Speakeasy LTD. The arena is enclosed by a 4 wood tilt wall and includes two sprinkler systems for the ultimate in dust control.
This estate also features an additional outdoor, Olympic-size arena with judges stand, five pastures, six turnout paddocks and a 6,000 square foot multi-use building with 14 pull through 10x12 bay doors with a hydraulic lift for easy equipment storage and maintenance, private office with kitchenette and bath. There are an additional 6 stalls in this building.
Many additional features including a cozy, solid cedar, A-frame guest cottage with custom cedar built in furniture and a garage. The facility is designed and engineered for complete self-sufficiency. A self-starting 150 KW diesel generator, and three wells round out this pristine package.
