2006 World Cup Finals

A Christmas decoration falling to the floor behind them failed to disturb Keltec Salinero and Anky van Grunsven's concentration during their 83 per cent winning freestyle, but it had the audience on edge and they showed it. While the result was some tension in the ensuing canter work, van Grunsven was delighted that Salinero found it very easy to let go again. "It's a very positive step", she said, "and while the canter pirouettes could be better I was very satisfied with the walk and the zig-zag, which was better than in the grand prix."

2005 SICAB

2005 Young Riders World Cup Finals

The first Final of the FEI World Cup Dressage for Young Riders took place last week-end in Frankfurt (GER) and was won by Valentina Truppa and Don Rico 12 who scored 75,650% in the Kür final competition. Jessica Werndl (GER) and Duchess 8, who were in the lead during the qualifying competitions finished in the runner-up position with 75,500%, followed by Emma Kanerva (FIN) and Atoftens Volanti on 73.150%.

2005 Nurnberger Burgpokal Finals

Horses Unlimited's Hanoverian stallion Wild Dance shone in the 2005 Nurnberger Burgpokal Finals at the World Cup Qualifier in Frankfurt, Germany. The American owned chestnut licensed stallion became reserve champion in the Finals after having won the qualifier of Aubenhausen with the highest score (75.67%) of all horses qualified to compete in Frankfurt.

2006 World Cup Finals

Local rider Anja Ploenzke, from Wiesbaden, made a triumphant FEI World Cup debut in Frankfurt with her father's 12-year old Trakehner stallion Tannenhof's Solero, winning the first qualifier to be held at this show.
