2010 European Pony Championships

It's 22.56 PM now (CET) and I'm sitting at the Ramada Jarvis in Willerby, the official show hotel for the 2010 European Pony Championships in Bishop Burton, UK. It's Wednesday evening and I traveled to England with Belgian professional equestrian photographer Dirk Caremans to cover the Pony Championships.

The Dutch dressage pony team is currently in the lead after the first day of the team competition at the 2010 European Pony Championships hosted at Bishop Burton College near Hull, Great Britain, on 28 July 2010.

2010 European Junior and Young Riders Championships

Twenty-year old Fabienne Lütkemeier has ended her young riders' career with triple gold at the 2010 European Young Riders Championships hosted at Ann Kathrin Linsenhoff's gorgeous Schafhof in Kronberg im Taunus, Germany. On Sunday afternoon the venue got packed with people and all stands were full to the brim. Spectators had be rounded up in chained pens to keep them from stampeding the place.

2010 U.S. Developing Horse Championships

Shawna Harding on Rigo, a nine-year-old gelding, won the U.S. Developing Horse championship sponsored by the Dutta Corp. and Performance Sales International on Sunday 25 July 2010 at Dressage at Lamplight in Wayne, ILL, USA. It is the first national title for the rider.
