The 5-year old Rock Revival and 6-year old L'Esperanza were the winning horses in the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the Westfalian regional championship in Freudenberg, Germany, on Friday 13 July 2012.
The 5-year old division was on by Marion Wiebusch aboard the bay Westfalian gelding Rock Revival (by Rock Forever x Favretto). The combination was the sole pair in their class to obtain the qualification score for Warendorf. They claimed the trophy with an 8.0 score. Tanja Sauerwald and the Trakehner stallion Kentucky (by Donaufels x Lehndorff) finished second with 7.7. The L-level test was judged by Cornelia Albrecht, Carsten Munk, and Hans-Peter Schmitz
In the 6-year old division Anne Horstmann and the black Hanoverian mare L'Esperanza (by Lauries Crusador xx x Warkant) reigned with a winning 8.5 score. Ann Christin Wienkamp and the Hanoverian mare Fabriana (by Furst Heinrich x Natiello xx) finished second with 8.2. Marcus Hermes and Sammy Deluxe (by Sir Donnerhall I) were third with 8.0. The M-level test was judged by Cornelia Albrecht, Carsten Munk, and Klaus Storbeck
